Returns Policy

Thank you for buying from Growth Spurtz. 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us, we are here to help.

We want all of our customers to be happy, so please do tell us if anything is wrong by emailing:

Please include your order number and photographs if possible. Please do not attempt to return items before contacting us.


Returns & Exchanges:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. New items must be returned in the same condition with the tags still attached. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges as we mostly sell one off preloved items.

 

Postage:

You will be responsible for the postage costs for returning the item. The original and return postage costs are non-refundable. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost in the post. We therefore recommend choosing a recorded delivery service and obtaining a proof of postage. 

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. A refund of the item cost will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving the item.
